Role: Lead development and execution of preclinical and translational biomarker strategies for Novartis DAx programs, serving as the biomarker representative on project teams. Collaborate across multiple disciplines, including Biology, Data Science, and Translational Medicine, to ensure biomarker strategies support target engagement, pharmacodynamics, and patient stratification from validation to early clinical stages. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent in biology, pharmacology, or related field; 7+ years in translational research, biomarker discovery, or drug development; proven experience developing biomarker strategies supporting clinical programs; strong understanding of target engagement, pharmacodynamics, and disease biomarkers.
