Role: In vivo scientist leading the design and execution of preclinical tumor efficacy and PK/PD studies to evaluate novel cancer therapies, including antibody drug conjugates, within early-stage drug discovery. Responsibilities: develop and manage in vivo CDX, PDX, and syngeneic models for efficacy, biomarker, and translational research; lead a team of associate scientists; collaborate with cross-functional teams; analyze and present data; ensure adherence to animal protocols and documentation standards. Requirements: PhD with 5-8 years' research experience in biotech/pharma; strong expertise in antibody drug conjugates, tumor xenograft models (CDX, PDX), cell culture, PCR, ELISA, western blot, flow cytometry; excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency in data analysis tools like Prism and Excel.
