About the Role
- Lead investigations into mechanisms of efficacy and resistance to radioligand therapy (RLT).
- Design and execute preclinical translational studies and clinical biomarker plans.
- Collaborate with drug discovery, data science, and early clinical development groups across Watertown (Mariana site) and Cambridge (Oncology BR site).

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise translational experimental plans and biomarker strategies for RLT drug discovery programs.
- Design and conduct translational studies, including in vitro assays with RLT, dissection of mechanism of action, and testing of drug combinations.
- Collaborate with groups across Mariana and BR Oncology.

Essential Requirements
- Dual post: final level/title (Principal Scientist I/II) determined by hiring team.
- Principal Scientist I: Postdoc experience or 3 years of relevant experience in academia/industry.
- Principal Scientist II: Postdoc experience plus 2 years of relevant industry experience after postdoc.
- Ph.D. in molecular, cellular, cancer biology, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge/experience with cell death mechanisms; experience in DNA damage response/repair and/or RLT.
- Proficiency with data mining and computational skills.
- Deep understanding of cancer cell biology; familiarity with innovative cell and molecular biology techniques.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Enthusiasm for scientific collaboration and teamwork; positive attitude; clear communication of findings.

Benefits
- Salary expected to range between $108,500 and $201,500 per year.
