Principal Scientist, Formulation Development (DPDT)

Role: Principal Scientist leading drug product development activities for diverse modalities, including proteins, siRNA, peptides, bioconjugates, and AAV, from candidate selection through clinical and commercial phases. Responsibilities: independently design experiments for formulation, analytical, process development, and tech transfer; act as SME applying QbD and current regulatory guidelines; support data analysis using software like JMP; lead complex projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior staff; innovate process improvements and new technology applications; author technical reports, protocols, and publications; ensure data integrity and compliance. Requirements: PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related with 4+ years industry experience, or BS/MS with 10+ years relevant biopharma experience; industry experience with bioconjugates, especially antibody-oligonucleotide formulations, preferred.
