Responsibilities: lead target identification, validation, and early drug discovery projects; develop and optimize in vitro models; analyze and interpret complex biological data; support pipeline progression and cross-functional collaboration; oversee non-clinical in vitro studies, ensuring regulatory compliance; foster external collaborations. Requirements: Masterβs degree with 12+ years or PhD with 8+ years in relevant biopharma research; extensive experience in diabetes pathophysiology, in vitro systems, and drug discovery; strong publication record, communication, and mentoring skills.
