In This Exciting Position, Your Primary Roles Will Include
- Serve as project-team representative and subject matter expert for multiple-modality DMPK activities in oncology and immunology.
- Characterize and optimize in vitro and in vivo ADME and pharmacokinetic properties of peptide and protein therapeutics.
- Design, implement, and analyze in vitro/in vivo studies to understand how drug disposition impacts disease biology, PK/PD response, and safety.
- Contribute to global DMPK strategy by collaborating with Discovery and Early Development teams (Boston, MA; South San Francisco, CA; West Point, PA) to identify and optimize drug candidates.

Education Minimum Requirement
- Ph.D. (6+ years relevant experience) or Master’s (minimum 10 years relevant experience) in biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field; increasing responsibility/independence in an industrial/academic setting.

Required Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated independent leadership of peptide/protein (biologics) DMPK discovery efforts as a project-team representative.
- Ability to design/optimize/interpret DMPK optimization strategies (discovery testing funnels).
- Ability to analyze/interpret ADME, PK, and pharmacodynamic data (e.g., Phoenix WinNonlin).
- Experience developing/executing translational PK/PD/efficacy relationships and quantitative pharmacology in discovery.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Translational PK/PD and PBPK modeling (Phoenix WinNonlin, Berkeley Madonna, MATLAB).
- Immunology/oncology programs from early discovery through IND-enabling.
- Structure-activity relationship familiarity; experience in research-driven pharmaceutical companies.

Compensation & Benefits (if applicable)
- Salary range: $176,200.00–$277,300.00; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable). Comprehensive benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and sick/compassionate days.
