Role: Principal Scientist (Clinical Director) in Translational Medicine, focusing on early clinical development of cardiovascular therapeutics from Phase 1 through Proof-of-Concept (Phase 2). Responsibilities: lead development strategies for novel therapies, design and execute early clinical and biomarker studies, contribute to target identification and validation, and support clinical pharmacology plans for later stages; collaborate across discovery, preclinical, clinical, and regulatory teams globally; communicate results to stakeholders and support global regulatory submissions. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD, proven record in clinical medicine or biomedical research, with strong publication or presentation history; interpersonal, writing, and teamwork skills essential. Preferred: clinical board certification or eligibility, subspecialty experience in cardiology or related fields, prior translational research or early clinical development experience.
