Role: Lead clinical research activities for late-stage immunology compounds, focusing on trial design, execution, monitoring, and regulatory filing. Responsibilities: evaluate preclinical data, develop clinical strategies, oversee ongoing trials, analyze results, support business development, author development documents, and collaborate with external experts. Manage and supervise Clinical Scientists, engage with cross-functional teams including regulatory, manufacturing, and scientific research, and maintain scientific knowledge through conferences and collaborations. Requirements: MD, DO, MD/PhD, or DO/PhD; minimum 5 years in clinical or translational research, with demonstrated scientific achievement. Preferred: experience in Phase 2/3 rheumatology trials, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with immunology and rheumatology. High-Value: focus on immunology, rheumatologic indications, late-stage development, regulatory support, and cross-functional collaboration. Work Setup: hybrid in the US with approximately 25% travel.
