Role: Principal Scientist (Clinical Director) overseeing clinical research for Oncology medicines across all development stages, from pre-clinical to post-licensure. Responsibilities: designing, monitoring, and analyzing clinical trials; managing trial conduct; developing development strategies; supporting regulatory submissions and publications; collaborating with cross-functional teams in regulatory, manufacturing, and commercialization; engaging with investigators and scientific meetings; maintaining scientific expertise in Oncology/Hematology. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD with industry or academic experience; proven scientific achievement; strong clinical medicine background; interpersonal skills; experience in oncology, hematology, or related biomedical research; knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.
