Role: Clinical Director (Principal Scientist) overseeing clinical research for oncology medicines across all development phases, from pre-clinical to post-licensure. Responsibilities: design and manage clinical trials, evaluate pre-clinical data for development planning, analyze clinical findings, and support regulatory submissions and publications. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in medical monitoring, regulatory affairs, statistics, and manufacturing. Maintains scientific expertise by engaging with research developments and investigators. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD with industry or academic experience, proven record in clinical medicine and biomedical research, strong interpersonal skills. Preferred: Board Certification or Eligibility in Oncology/Hematology; prior clinical research and publication experience. High-Value: Oncology, cancer research, clinical trials, drug development, safety/efficacy analysis, IND/registration stages. Work Setup: hybrid model, with travel as needed.
