Role: Principal Scientist in Cancer Pharmacology within Translational Research, leading RAS(ON) inhibitor programs for oncology. Responsibilities: provide scientific and strategic leadership, translate RAS biology into pharmacology strategies, oversee in vivo efficacy and PK/PD studies, mentor a team of in vivo scientists, collaborate with modeling groups, and contribute to regulatory submissions. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or related field; 5+ years industry experience in oncology drug discovery; expertise in tumor biology, RAS signaling, translational pharmacology, and in vivo disease models; strong understanding of PK/PD modeling; proven leadership and communication skills. Preferred: experience with RAS-targeted therapies, diverse modalities (small molecules, antibodies, ADCs), and regulatory documentation.
