Qualifications: Masterβs in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; PhD preferred; at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in biologics discovery, protein engineering, or automation; proven leadership in biologics optimization; strong knowledge of antibody structure-function relationships; proficiency in scientific computing and AI/ML tools; experience with biophysical/biochemical characterization techniques and cell-based assays. Preferred skills include experience with high-throughput screening, mammalian expression systems, NGS technologies, and establishing new scientific capabilities. The position requires collaboration across discovery, IT, and automation teams and periodic travel to the Cambridge, MA site. It is based in Spring House, PA, with a focus on advancing therapeutic biologics in oncology, immunology, or related areas.
