Responsibilities: lead the development and deployment of advanced analytical platforms and AI systems, synthesize multimodal biological and clinical datasets (omics, functional screens, real-world data), and translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for target nomination and validation. Qualifications: PhD in Computational Biology, Systems Biology, Computer Science, or related field; 4+ years of experience in academia or industry; deep expertise in computational target identification, functional genomics, single-cell/spatial omics, and real-world data; proven track record of developing AI agents and deploying machine learning applications. High-Value: focus on oncology, with translational relevance to drug discovery pipelines, leveraging next-generation data platforms, and influencing portfolio decisions. Collaboration: partner with cross-functional teams including discovery biology, genomics, and computational biology.
