Requirements: Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Biomedical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science; 3+ years applying AI/ML in pharmaceutical or research settings; proficiency in agentic AI, scientific computing, Python, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow; experience in architecture design for scientific AI platforms; and familiarity with biological and molecular foundation models. Preferred: expertise in closed-loop scientific workflows, laboratory automation, cloud infrastructure, and laboratory instrumentation such as LC, LC/MS, or NMR. The position is based in Spring House, PA, with no remote work option, and involves engaging in cutting-edge AI-enabled research to transform drug discovery pipelines.
