Responsibilities:
- Apply oncology and ADC pharmacology to formulate new therapeutic concepts and guide development.
- Lead preclinical discovery efforts for novel ADC technologies: from linker/payload discovery and target selection through therapeutic design, in vitro/in vivo characterization, optimization, candidate nomination, and IND-enabling studies.
- Partner cross-functionally with antibody discovery, chemistry, translational sciences, program management, CMC, and clinical development; represent the biology perspective.
- Track and integrate advances/trends in ADC technologies into program strategies.
- Contribute to patent filings, publications, and external presentations.
- Prepare and review regulatory documents, including IND submissions, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Pharmacology, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field.
- 4+ years of project leadership experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry focused on preclinical drug development in immunology or oncology (or equivalent).
- Experience designing/interpreting in vitro and in vivo ADC assays (target expression/internalization, payload MoA, PK/PD, and efficacy).
- Deep understanding of ADC design principles and how target, antibody, and linker-payload properties impact safety and efficacy.
