Role: Principal Research Scientist II – Central Core Function Operations Leader in AbbVie's Non-regulated Bioanalysis team, responsible for strategic and operational leadership supporting ADME, Bioanalysis, and Translational Sciences. Qualifications: PhD with 8+ years, MS with 14+ years, or BS with 16+ years in chemistry, life sciences, or engineering; extensive experience in scientific operations management within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry; strong knowledge of laboratory systems, automation, and quality standards; prior leadership in fast-paced, complex lab environments.
