Principal Research Scientist II/ Associate Director- Eyecare

Role: Principal Research Scientist II / Associate Director leading formulation and process development of sterile liquid dosage forms, primarily eyecare products. Responsibilities: oversee development from early research through clinical supply, technology transfer, regulatory submission, and commercialization; direct a team of scientists in formulation, process, and analytical method development; collaborate with CROs/CMOs and internal functions (Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing); ensure compliance with global CMC and GMP standards; author technical reports and support regulatory interactions; drive innovation and product lifecycle management. Requirements: Bachelor's in Science with 16+ years, Master's or PharmD with 14+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of related experience; proven expertise in sterile liquid formulation, manufacturing, and regulatory submissions; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: extensive experience with sterile liquid product development, scale-up, technology transfer, and regulatory filings; knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH guidelines; proficiency with statistical tools like JMP; demonstrated success in product approval and patent filings; supervisory experience.
