Principal Research Scientist II - Analytical Development

Role: Principal Scientist II in Analytical Development supporting late-stage biologics, including mAbs, fusion proteins, and ADCs, within AbbVie's biologics pipeline. Responsibilities: lead and mentor separation-based assay development (HPLC, capillary electrophoresis), serve as process analytics lead in CMC teams, develop and troubleshoot analytical methods, support regulatory submissions (IND/BLA), and collaborate across R&D and PDS&T functions to ensure strategic alignment and technical excellence.
