Principal Research Scientist I, siRNA Platform Automation

Role: Principal Research Scientist in AbbVie's Biotherapeutics and Genetic Medicine (BGM) focused on establishing and advancing a high-throughput siRNA screening platform to facilitate pipeline innovation and therapeutic lead discovery. Responsibilities: develop and implement automated siRNA screening workflows, serve as an expert in experimental design, lead research efforts in siRNA optimization including sequence design and chemical modifications, generate scientific hypotheses, communicate with cross-functional teams, and manage a team of 2-3 scientists.
