Principal Manager, Clinical Operations Lead

Role: Principal Manager, Clinical Operations Lead supporting US regional clinical trials in cancer immunotherapy, specifically targeting PRAME across multiple modalities such as TCR T-cell therapies and bispecifics. Responsibilities: oversee trial execution from start-up through completion, manage CROs and vendors, lead clinical team (CTMs, CRAs, CTAs), ensure quality, compliance, timelines, and budgets, and drive operational risk mitigation and process improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, Biometrics, and Supply Chain teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; 7+ years leading global clinical operations, including trial oversight, vendor management, and study leadership; experience in late-phase or launch activities in oncology, with cell/gene therapy or biologics preferred.
