As a Principal IT Portfolio Analyst (Financial Management), you will play a crucial role in managing financial and sourcing support processes for the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization. You will collaborate with I&O team members to support financial management, analysis, and planning. You will also oversee sourcing support activities to ensure necessary goods and services are acquired on a timely basis. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the I&O organization's efficiency and cost-effectiveness, bringing significant value to the business. The role reports into the Head of Infrastructure Management Operations.
You are detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills, able to uncover insights and solve complex problems. Your ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing allows you to collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders. You possess a strong aptitude for financial processes and demonstrate an eagerness to support and guide team members through them. Your proactive nature and commitment to accuracy enable you to drive efficiency in financial and sourcing operations.
Management
The base compensation range for this role is: $118,000.00-$158,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
