Role: Principal IT Applications Analyst (Oracle Supply Chain/ERP)
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical configuration and deployment of Oracle Supply Chain modules within Oracle ERP, aligned to business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Support and manage integrations with enterprise applications, including middleware, APIs, and EDI configurations.
- Develop and implement customizations, extensions, and workflows using Oracle ADF, BPM, and other Oracle tools.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design scalable solutions; create technical documentation, test plans, and deployment strategies.
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance of Oracle EBS or Fusion ERP systems, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and ensuring high availability.
- Manage upgrades, patches, and security configurations following change management protocols.
- Provide technical support and guidance, including root cause analysis and resolution of complex system issues.
- Monitor system metrics and performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities.
- Follow IT project documentation/implementation methodologies and standards for organizational compliance.
- Work with IT team and vendors to develop and drive a strategic application roadmap.
- Work with business partners to deploy system functionality to user communities.
- May manage/oversee a small team of specialists.
- Recommend, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts; serve as SME/spokesperson during regulatory inspections.
This role may be for you if you have:
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle EBS or Fusion ERP (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing).
- Oracle SQL/PL-SQL expertise and reporting (Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI).
- Integration experience (Oracle Integration Cloud, middleware, APIs).
- Strong regulatory understanding (including GMP compliance) and audit/inspection support.
- Track record supporting complex ERP implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required:
- BS/BA in Information Technology or related field.
- 8 years progressive industry/relevant experience (Principal IT Applications Analyst).
Preferred:
- Pharmaceuticals/life sciences/medical device manufacturing experience.
