As a Principal IT Applications Analyst – Digital Fusion, typical responsibilities include:
- Act as a Technical SME and delivery lead on Digital Fusion workstreams.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Procurement) and implementation partners to deliver functional and technical solutions.
- Lead business analysis: requirements elicitation, current/future-state process mapping, gap analysis, fit-gap workshops, and functional specifications.
- Drive process flow thinking across workstreams (dependencies, downstream impacts, integration touchpoints, site harmonisation opportunities).
- Own system documentation (URS-to-DS conversion, configuration test plans, traceability matrices, summary reports).
- Configure and support Fusion reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Manage IT Applications change control with traceability, impact assessment, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support GxP-compliant implementation aligned to CSA/development life cycle and 21 CFR Part 11 expectations.
- Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and adjacent systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Maximo, MES, LIMS) using middleware (e.g., Boomi, Kong, IBM MQ).
- Provide end-user support during hypercare/post-go-live; troubleshoot app and integration layers.
- Conduct security access reviews and audit trail reviews; support training and handover to operations/managed services.
Required/Preferred qualifications & skills:
- 8+ years relevant experience (Principal IT Applications Analyst); BS/BA in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent combination considered.
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS experience (EBS-to-Fusion highly desirable).
- Regulated GxP/pharma/biotech/medical device experience; familiarity with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, CSA/CSV.
- Experience delivering enterprise IT applications end-to-end (requirements to deployment/hypercare).
- Experience working with implementation partners/vendors; project management experience (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred).
- Advantage: exposure to Kinaxis, Maximo, MES, Veeva, Boomi, Databricks.
