Principal Global Supply Chain Planner

Role: Principal Global Supply Chain Planner leading global supply and inventory planning for reagents, instruments, and consumables. Objectives include optimizing supply strategies, balancing customer service with inventory costs, and driving continuous improvement using data analytics. Responsibilities encompass developing supply plans, managing ERP/master data, analyzing demand and supply variability, and coordinating with Manufacturing, Procurement, and cross-functional teams within the S&OP process. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; 10+ years' experience in supply chain planning, demand management, or inventory optimization; advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, Netsuite). Preferred: proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. High-value: supporting biopharma supply chains across diagnostic and research products, with potential focus on high-sensitivity biomarker detection technologies, and contributing to precision medicine initiatives. Work setup: primarily onsite in Billerica, MA, with potential for hybrid work after training; must be available to be on-site.
