Principal Engineer, Tech Ops

Role: Process and Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) Engineer supporting site and project execution within pharmaceutical/biotech operations. Responsibilities: ensure KPI targets, support deviations, CAPAs, change controls, regulatory commitments, lead complex site projects, troubleshoot equipment issues, execute improvement initiatives, support large projects and medium/high-risk deviations, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and other departments, and provide data-driven analysis for process and project decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering or Science; 5+ years in Process Engineering in pharma/biotech or related industries; 2+ years specific technical experience (e.g., purification, aseptic filling); experience with cGMP and regulated environments; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; demonstrated ability to deploy best practices in operations; experience working with international, multicultural teams.
