Principal Engineer, Salesforce

Role: Principal Salesforce Engineer leading the development and architecture of AbbVie's Patient Services on the OnePRM platform. Objectives include advancing platform modernization to improve patient therapy initiation, adherence, and personalized experiences across multiple therapeutic areas. Responsibilities encompass defining system architecture, engineering standards, and long-term roadmaps; leading multiple engineering teams and vendor resources; overseeing system integration, data modeling, security, compliance, and continuous delivery practices; and driving innovation through emerging Salesforce and AI capabilities. The role also involves governance, quality assurance, and mentoring within a multi-disciplinary environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's or higher degree with 8+ years of experience in CRM architecture and development, extensive hands-on Salesforce expertise (including Apex, LWC, APIs), and experience leading large enterprise projects.
