Responsibilities: provide expertise in downstream unit operations such as chromatography, filtration, ultracentrifugation; perform yield and recovery analyses; troubleshoot process issues; create and review SOPs and protocols; collaborate with development teams for process robustness. Requirements: BS in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years of relevant downstream process development experience; experience with purification of recombinant AAV or lentivirus preferred; familiarity with mammalian/insect cell feeds, automation, and software tools like Unicorn and JMP advantageous.
