About The Role
Enablement Lead for Technology & Enablement (TEA).
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and develop AI, automation, or digital technology use cases; manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Develop and own enablement strategies to drive adoption of AI and digital tools across functions.
- Define and establish best practices for AI adoption; act as end-user SME for functional/enterprise technologies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, value-driven solutions and roadmaps.
- Lead communication and engagement strategies; run enterprise workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Drive alignment across Training, Business, AI Champions, and IT for cohesive rollout and sustained adoption.
- Monitor adoption metrics, engagement signals, and user feedback; refine strategies.
- Maintain documentation of use cases, best practices, and success stories.
- Support TEA activities (gamification, trainings, deep dives, office hours) and serve as IT communication lead.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (CS/IT or related) and 6+ years experience (or equivalent); 10+ years experience in enablement/program management/communications.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; influence stakeholders across levels.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs end-to-end; evaluate complex issues and make decisions.
- Experience translating user requirements into value-driven outcomes.
- Experience building communication programs (e.g., Poppulo or similar).
- Strong written/verbal communication; strong organizational/project management.
- Experience leveraging generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
- Ability to drive organizational change/adoption at scale.
- Ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharma technology rollout experience.
- GxP awareness.
- Passion for AI literacy and empowering the workforce with AI.
