Role: Principal Data Scientist - Oncology within Johnson & Johnson's Data Science and Digital Health team, focusing on biomedical data standardization and integration for Oncology R&D. Responsibilities: design and implement scalable knowledge graph infrastructure, develop semantic data models, curate ontologies, and facilitate AI-Ready datasets; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable NLP, predictive modeling, and search functionalities; manage data pipelines and ensure infrastructure scalability and reliability. Requirements: Ph.D. or Master's in bioengineering, computer science, bioinformatics, or related fields, with 5+ years in health informatics; expertise in semantic web technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL), knowledge graphs, and biomedical datasets (clinical, genomics, proteomics); programming skills in linked data, graph databases (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune), and data modeling; experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization; stakeholder management and project prioritization skills.
