Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with statistical colleagues and study personnel to provide input to statistical analysis plans, write reports, communicate results, and assist/respond to regulatory queries.
- Select statistical methods for data analysis; author relevant sections of the analysis plan; conduct analysis once the reporting database is created.
- Collaborate with data management on planning and implementation of data quality assurance plans.
- Maintain proficiency in SAS/R programming and statistical methodology; apply new and varied methods.
- Justify selected methods and implement previously outlined analysis plans.
- Conduct peer review of statistical colleagues’ work products.
- Use current technologies and available tools for clinical trial analysis.
- Assist in communicating study results via regulatory submissions and manuscripts; communicate one-on-one with key customers.

Therapeutic Area and Systems Knowledge:
- Understand relevant disease states to enhance customer focus and collaboration.
- Ensure replication of tools/systems where applicable; stay informed of technological advances.

Regulatory and Quality Compliance:
- Perform work in compliance with assigned curriculum(s) and follow applicable corporate, medical, local, departmental policies, procedures, processes, and training.

Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or MSPH (Statistics/Biostatistics concentration), or relevant science area.
- 2+ years of statistical analysis/programming experience.

Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Proficiency with SAS, R, Spotfire, etc.
- Interpersonal/teamwork skills.
- Strong understanding of statistics and statistical software; technical growth.
- Self-management for timely, accurate completion of competing deliverables.
- Creativity/innovation; problem solving; attention to detail.
- Data analysis, technology, and systems expertise.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Anticipated wage: $66,000–$193,600; eligible for company bonus (depending on performance) and comprehensive benefits (e.g., 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life insurance, time off, well-being benefits).
