Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with statistical colleagues and study personnel to provide input to statistical analysis plans, write reports, and communicate results; assist/respond to regulatory queries.
- Select statistical methods for data analysis, author corresponding sections of the analysis plan, and conduct analysis once a reporting database is created.
- Collaborate with data management to plan and implement data quality assurance plans.
- Maintain proficiency in SAS/R programming and statistical methodology, including applying new and varied methods.
- Justify selected methods and implement previously outlined analysis plans.
- Conduct peer review of statistical work products.
- Use current technologies and available tools for clinical trial analysis.
- Assist in communicating study results via regulatory submissions and manuscripts; communicate one-on-one with key customers.
- Understand relevant disease states to enhance customer focus and collaboration.
- Ensure replication of tools and systems (where applicable) and stay informed of technological advances.
- Perform work in full compliance with assigned curriculum(s) and follow applicable corporate, medical, local, and departmental policies, procedures, processes, and training.
Basic Qualifications:
- Masterβs degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or MSPH (concentration in Statistics/Biostatistics) or relevant areas of science.
- 2+ years of statistical analysis/programming experience.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages/software such as SAS, R, Spotfire, etc.
