Principal C&SP Methodology Lead

Role: Principal C&SP Methodology Lead, overseeing technical programming development and innovation within clinical and statistical data sciences for biopharma. Responsibilities: lead departmental technical strategies, drive automation and efficiency through developing SAS macros, R functions, Python tools; support global implementation, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Management, Biostats, IT). Lead innovation projects, support process improvements, and manage technical staff performance and training. Requirements: bachelor's in a relevant scientific or technical field; 6-8 years programming experience in SAS, R, Python; strong knowledge of SDLC, GxP, health authority guidelines, and clinical R&D; proven project leadership and communication skills. Preferred: experience with CDISC standards, cloud platforms, DevOps tools, and staff management.
