Principal Business Analyst - Research Program Management

Role: Principal Business Analyst for Research Program Management supporting Regeneron’s drug discovery efforts. Responsibilities: translate research strategies into detailed requirements; document current and future business processes; map system integrations and data flows; write SQL queries; manage backlog and stakeholder expectations; collaborate with scientists on process improvements; troubleshoot data issues; test solutions to ensure data accuracy. Requirements: Master’s in life sciences with IT experience; 7+ years in biotech/pharma research or labs; proficiency with LIMS, SQL, data modeling, and understanding of drug discovery and bioinformatics; experience with database concepts, IT project lifecycle, and software development. Preferred: familiarity with biological lab techniques and program management. High-Value: research-focused environment, data quality, and system analysis within biotech/pharma. Work setup: based in Tarrytown, NY, with 4 days onsite weekly.
