Principal Biostatistician - Statistical Innovation

Role: Principal Biostatistician within Regeneron's Statistical Innovation and Strategy team, supporting global clinical development. Responsibilities include designing and analyzing clinical trials, developing protocols and statistical analysis plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and interpreting data to inform decision-making. The role involves co-authoring study documents, performing statistical analyses for reports, and contributing to methodological research and training. Requirements: PhD or equivalent in biostatistics/statistics with internship or >5 years industry experience; expertise in statistical methodologies, clinical trial design, and proficiency in R or SAS. Preferred: experience in biopharma, regulatory interactions, and advanced statistical tools. High-value: involvement in clinical development programs, cross-functional collaboration, contribution to regulatory submissions, and influence on industry standards. Work setup: On-site 4 days/week in Tarrytown, NY or Warren, NJ.
