Role: Preclinical scientist in Immunology research focusing on cellular and molecular biology related to autoimmune disease treatments. Objectives: Develop and validate biological assays, investigate mechanisms of action of biological drugs, and evaluate therapeutic candidates in animal disease models to support clinical advancement. Responsibilities: independently design and conduct in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo models for skin and hair disorders; analyze and interpret data; maintain research records in compliance with good practices. Requirements: B.S. with 5-8 years or M.S. with 3-5 years in biology, immunology, or related fields; experience in academia or pharma preferred; legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred: extensive expertise with 3D skin/hair models, histology, transcriptomics, proteomics, flow cytometry, and in vivo skin/hair growth models.
