Principal Automation Systems Administrator, Manufacturing & Lab Support

Role: Principal Automation Systems Administrator at Regeneron, leading technical configuration, validation, and continuous improvement of automation systems within biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities: develop hardware/software specs, troubleshoot systems, manage validation projects, author documentation, act as SME bridging automation and business, oversee vendor partnerships, and mentor staff. Requirements: BS/BA in Science, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years in automation within pharma or biotech manufacturing; expertise in control, monitoring, testing systems, and network infrastructure; strong project management skills; familiarity with cGMP, GAMP 5, and regulatory standards. Preferred: experience with biopharmaceutical operations, validation, and vendor management. High-Value: supporting biotech manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment, ensuring compliance, validation, and system integrity. Work setup: on-site in Menands, NY; full-time, Monday to Friday.
