Principal Architect, MedTech Technology R&D Product Lifecycle Management

Role: Principal Architect for MedTech R&D Product Lifecycle Management, focusing on shaping and advancing the enterprise PLM architecture across product data, engineering workflows, and lifecycle processes. Responsibilities: develop practical blueprints, reference models, and design principles; guide platform evolution to enhance reuse and reduce complexity; collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain; and work with vendors and integrators. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related; 8+ years in solution or enterprise architecture with strong experience in enterprise PLM solutions, particularly Windchill; deep understanding of PLM lifecycle processes and complex system integrations; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: experience in MedTech, life sciences, or regulated environments; familiarity with connected product lifecycle capabilities, digital thread, cloud/hybrid architectures, and APIs; advanced analytics and emerging technologies knowledge.
