Principal Application Architect - Adobe Experience Cloud & AI

Role: Principal Enterprise Architect – Adobe Experience Cloud & AI, focusing on defining and integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related tools to connect content, customer data, and personalization across channels. Objectives include ensuring a unified, scalable Adobe ecosystem that supports marketing, customer engagement, and AI-driven personalization. Responsibilities encompass analyzing business needs, shaping the enterprise architecture, managing vendor relationships, and applying risk management practices. The role serves as the primary technical authority for Adobe CX tools, guiding integration, data flow, and AI/ML features, while working closely with internal teams such as Marketing, IT, and external vendors. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), minimum 5 years in pharma/healthcare IT, and at least 12 years of experience in Adobe CX platforms, digital marketing, or related fields. Ideal candidates possess strong business understanding, IT architecture skills, leadership capabilities, and experience implementing AI/ML solutions within Adobe ecosystems.
