Principal Analyst, IT R&D Systems | Onsite San Diego HQ

Role: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of lab informatics systems supporting research, preclinical, and technical operations at a biopharma company. Main objectives include driving innovation, operational efficiency, and data integrity across scientific data pipelines and advanced analytics, including AI/ML enablement. Responsibilities encompass strategizing system design, overseeing configuration and governance, managing large cross-functional projects, and resolving complex technical issues. Requirements: BS/BA in computer science or IT with 6+ years of relevant pharma experience, or advanced degrees with proportionate experience; expertise in GxP applications, R&D systems, and data management; proven leadership and project management skills; strong communication and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred: Deep knowledge of lab informatics, AI/ML, and related biopharma data standards. High-value specifics include focus on research & discovery, preclinical development, and technical operations within neuroscience, neurology, psychiatry, or endocrine therapeutic areas.
