Principal Analyst, G&A Technology

Role: Principal Analyst, G&A Technology, supporting Legal, OBIE, and Corporate Communications functions in a regulated biotech environment. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end technology initiatives, partner with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with regulations and data governance, and contribute to technology roadmaps. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in a tech-related field; 8+ years supporting business systems, preferably in life sciences or regulated industries; experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., iManage, Everlaw), enterprise applications, and AI tools, including Generative AI and prompt engineering. Preferred: biotech/pharma experience, supporting legal/compliance functions, and familiarity with AI-driven solutions.
