Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects for process improvements and AI implementations for the Commercial CGT DTE organization (User Onboarding/Activation; Change Management; ITSM/ServiceNow; SDLC; agentic solutions).
- Hands-on delivery of agentic solutions.
- Lead documentation, analysis, and management of ways of working across Commercial CGT DTE.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess current-state workflows, identify gaps, and define future-state improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation (process maps, SOPs, business rules, work instructions).
- Establish standards for documentation, version control, and ongoing governance.
- Assess improvement opportunities (workflow redesign, standardization, automation with AI focus).
- Coordinate business/technology/operations teams on process change alignment, dependencies, and impacts.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management for adoption.
- Monitor process effectiveness and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in process documentation/improvement, business analysis, project management, operations, or digital transformation.
- Experience documenting complex processes into clear, actionable materials.
- Proven cross-functional leadership with multiple stakeholders/operational workstreams.
- Ability to assess current-state processes and recommend practical, scalable improvements.
- Experience managing workstreams from planning through implementation and adoption.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and strong documentation quality.
- Strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage change in a matrixed environment.

Technical Skills Required:
- Process documentation, workflow analysis, business process management.
- Agentic AI solution building (Salesforce Agentforce knowledge a plus).
- Create/maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, business requirements, governance, training/communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Teams/SharePoint.
- Use process mapping/workflow tools; familiarity with Jira/Smartsheet/Asana/Microsoft Project.
- Use data/operational insights to identify inefficiencies.

Preferred Skills:
- Pharma/biotech/healthcare/life sciences industry; CGT or commercial ops knowledge.
- Operational excellence/transformation/process governance experience.
- Exposure to automation/AI-enabled improvement tools and reporting/visualization (e.g., Power BI).
- Change management and stakeholder adoption expertise; matrixed, fast-paced environments.
- Salesforce Agentforce is a plus.

Pay Range:
- $142,800 - $214,200
