Principal Analyst, CGT Agentic Solutions
Key Duties And Responsibilities:
- Design and support agentic/AI-enabled solutions for CGT use cases (commercial, development, manufacturing, quality, supply chain).
- Translate technical/operational needs into solution designs, system requirements, integration patterns, and implementation plans.
- Define/evaluate agent workflows, orchestration logic, prompt patterns, tool usage, and knowledge retrieval.
- Support solutions using LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, APIs, and enterprise data services.
- Analyze systems/data flows/architectures to identify automation, optimization, and modernization opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with security, privacy, validation, and compliance in a regulated biotech environment.
- Establish technical standards, performance measures, monitoring approaches; support testing/release readiness and continuous improvement.
Knowledge And Skills / Technical Skills Required:
- Hands-on AI/ML-enabled applications, enterprise platforms, integrations, or intelligent automation.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or building agents/automations on Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of LLMs/agentic systems and orchestration concepts.
- API/integration, service-based architecture, data modeling/flows, workflow automation, SQL.
- Programming: Python/SQL (or similar); cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems.
- RAG (vector search, knowledge retrieval, grounding); tools such as Azure/Databricks/Power BI/Jira/Confluence/Git (or similar).
- SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, and release management; technical documentation and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced technical/scientific degree; CGT/biopharma manufacturing/quality/lab experience.
- Conversational AI/agent frameworks/copilots/generative AI; GxP/CSV/validation; cloud-native/data engineering/MLOps.
Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (CS/Data Science/Engineering/Bioinformatics/IS or equivalent).
- 5+ years delivering technical solutions in regulated life sciences/biotech/pharma.
Pay Range:
- $142,800 - $214,200
