Role: Senior individual contributor developing AI agents for security operations, focusing on autonomous detection, investigation, response, and threat hunting within cybersecurity environments. Responsibilities include architecting and building secure AI agent systems, tackling high-complexity problems such as adversarial robustness and autonomous decision-making controls, developing frameworks and tooling, conducting original research, and authoring technical guidance and strategic position papers. The role involves integrating LLMs, custom models, and security tools into agent architectures, evaluating emerging AI capabilities, setting development standards, and mentoring engineers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 9+ years, Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in cybersecurity or related fields; strong software engineering skills (Python required); expertise in security operations, threat intelligence, or vulnerability research; experience building AI security tools or automation; familiarity with agentic coding tools; proven track record of independent technical contributions and ability to communicate complex concepts. Preferred: experience with agent orchestration frameworks, adversarial ML, AI safety, security compliance standards, and contributions to open-source security projects.
