Responsibilities:
- Comply with applicable policies and procedures; ensure quality and effectiveness of key results via sound design, early risk assessments, and fallback strategies.
- Independently plan and conduct high business impact projects in Drug Product Manufacturing or Packaging; maintain cost, scope, and schedule project controls/reporting and achieve financial targets.
- Develop execution strategy including procurement; balance demands; incorporate customer needs and cGMP requirements; apply emerging technology foresight.
- Serve as Facility, Equipment, and Utilities SME during Regulatory Agency audits; prepare documentation packages and present to regulatory agents.
- Produce unique, cost-effective designs; integrate financial and technical data; analyze complex interdisciplinary problems and impacts; oversee internal/external consultant design work.
- Represent engineering on corporate task forces; identify customer/client needs, propose solutions, and may supervise engineers/technicians.

Qualifications / Required & Preferred:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/science or closely related field desired, or equivalent experience; 6+ years significant engineering and/or operational experience (post-graduate education desired).
- Demonstrated competency in a discipline; strong technical knowledge and judgment on complex-scope problems.
- Ability to work with diverse teams; communicate respectfully in writing/presentations.
- Interpersonal skills to negotiate and reconcile differences in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical background in healthcare/medical devices/pharmaceutical/biologics (preferred).
- Demonstrated competency with financial systems and fiscal control.
