Prep Operator II

Role: Manufacturing Technician supporting Pfizer's pharmaceutical production, responsible for executing manufacturing operations, troubleshooting, equipment start-up, and process improvements in a GMP-compliant environment. Responsibilities include adhering to SOPs, batch records, and lean principles to optimize efficiency, ensuring safety, and maintaining quality standards. The role involves training colleagues, investigating deviations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 4+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, proficiency in operating centrifugation, filtration, and membrane systems, and strong technical/mechanical aptitude. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, process improvement methodologies, and exposure to AI tools. The role requires physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in controlled environments with shift work on a 12-hour rotating schedule, including day/night shifts. Located on-premise with relocation support available.
