Responsibilities: coordinate end-to-end review workflows, manage review schedules, facilitate committee meetings, oversee system administration, and support continuous process improvements. Qualifications: bachelor's in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field; 3+ years supporting promotional review, regulatory operations, or marketing in pharma/biotech; hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats experience; knowledge of FDA advertising regulations; strong project management and communication skills.
