Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Build and optimize Power Automate workflows.
- Design and develop Power BI reports/dashboards (usability, performance, scalability).
- Develop/optimize Power BI semantic models and dataflows (DAX, data modeling, relationships, measures, calculated columns).
- Use Power Query to ingest, transform, and shape data.
- Assist with Power Platform environment/solution/data policy management; support ALM/deployment pipelines.
- Configure/manage/optimize Power BI & Power Platform data gateways for secure hybrid connectivity.
- Leverage AI Builder and Copilot for intelligent automation and user experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders; provide technical support/troubleshooting.
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guides; stay current on Power Platform updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Information Systems or related field.
- 4+ years Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Automate/Power BI).
- Knowledge of Power Platform architecture, environment strategy, Dataverse/Azure integration.
- ALM and deployment pipelines familiarity.
- Strong Power BI development (DAX, semantic models, dataflows, workspace configuration).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks; Power BI gateway support in hybrid environments.
- Experience with AI Builder/Copilot.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Power Pages and Microsoft Fabric; PL-100/PL-200/PL-400; PL-300.
