Power Platform & AI Engineer

Role: Power Platform & AI Engineer supporting Moderna's Power Platform CoE, focusing on platform administration, governance, and AI-powered automation development. Responsibilities: manage Power Platform environments, implement governance frameworks, develop AI-driven automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, and support enterprise adoption through training, community engagement, and solution design. Ensure operational excellence with platform monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Power Platform administrator and developer, proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and enterprise system integration; strong troubleshooting skills. Preferred: experience with UiPath, regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, GxP), scripting (PowerShell, Python), and relevant certifications (PL-400, PL-500, etc.). High-value: enterprise-scale automation, AI integration, regulated environments, GxP compliance, cross-functional collaboration across security, compliance, and architecture teams. Work setup: hybrid, based in the US with travel as needed.
