Role: Postdoctoral Research Fellow specializing in biotherapeutics discovery within Pfizer's BioMedicine Design group, focusing on developing next-generation T cell engagers (TCEs) to enhance tumor selectivity and reduce toxicity. Responsibilities: conduct hypothesis-driven research, design and produce constructs, develop cellular assays, and analyze data to elucidate mechanisms of action; contribute to early-stage therapeutic innovation and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements: PhD in biology, immunology, molecular/cellular biology, biochemistry, or related field; less than 2 years postdoctoral experience; proficiency in molecular biology, cell culture, flow cytometry, and cellular assays; at least one first-author publication; willingness for a 2β4-year full-time fellowship. Preferred: experience in antibody discovery, protein engineering, display technologies, bispecific antibodies, or T cell engagers.
