Postdoctoral Fellow - AI/ML Upstream Cell Culture Modeling & Process Development

Role: Postdoctoral Fellow in Upstream Process Development focusing on mammalian cell culture for bioprocessing of recombinant proteins, supporting early- and late-phase clinical trials. Responsibilities: develop and calibrate mechanistic and hybrid metabolic models, design and execute cell culture experiments, utilize machine learning and omics data integration to predict and optimize cellular performance, and explore AI-assisted process control approaches. Requirements: PhD in Bioengineering, Systems Biology, or related field; experience with metabolic modeling, cell culture experiments (batch, fed-batch), and proficiency in Python or MATLAB; authorized to work in the US. Preferred: strong foundation in cell physiology, process control concepts, analytical chemistry techniques, and data-driven modeling.
